We can supply large quantities of top quality flags and support many retailers with wholesale product. Our support of our retailer customers is second to none. In order to open a whole sale account you will need to have a valid tax ID number, and a legitimate business. There is also a $200 order min. for your fist order and $100.00 for each order thereafter. The first step to becoming a whole seller is to fill out the wholesale application form. Whole Sale discounts and ordering information will not be given until the application below has been received and reviewed by one of our staff members. We look forward to working with you!

Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of NY.
Canceling/Changing Orders:
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
Shipping Rules:
Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Flags connections or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.
Purchase Orders:
Flags Connections, accepts requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references to the address above or fax to 631-254-9218 We request that Purchase Orders be signed and provide a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information. All purchase orders have $100.00 minimum and do not qualify for free shipping.
For rush orders, we recommend use of a Visa, Mastercard for immediate processing. PO processing takes 3 - 5 business days on average, with large value orders taking longer.

Shipping Times:
All orders for in-stock merchandise, in which the customer has selected Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight shipping, are guaranteed to ship the same business day, if placed before 3:00PM ET. Orders for in stock merchandise, indicating these shipping methods, placed after 3:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day. Orders, in which the customer has selected Economy shipping, will ship within 2-3 business days. Transit times vary, for economy shipments, from 4 business days to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method.

Refund & Return Policy
WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM FLAGS CONNECTIONS, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. To help us process your return in a timely fashion please include the packing slip or copy of invoice. If you do not have either please put a note inside with order number, name, address and telephone number. Thank you.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on any large orders that are returned. A 20% fee will be charged on items returned without the original packaging.
FLAGS: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees. State and International flags that you have paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe are NON-REFUNDABLE
FLAG CASES: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees and 20% restock fee. If you have affixed the face plate and /or a medallion onto the case or the pedestal you CAN NOT RETURN the merchandise.
FLAG BUNTING: Flag bunting is NON RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE, AND NON EXCHANGEABLE.
FLAGPOLES: Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees. There is a $35 restock fee for all in ground flagpoles. There is no restock fee on indoor and wall mount residential flagpoles. Please contact us if you need to return a large one piece flagpole, as these ship directly to the flagpole factory. Customers will have to pay for the freight to return their commercial flag pole. There is also a 20% restock fee on commercial grade and a 20% restock fee on commercial one piece flag poles. Poles shipped via Freight must be inspected by the receiver before you sign the delivery acceptance form. Flags Connections, Inc. is not liable for damaged or missing items when shipped via freight if you sign for it accepting responsibility of delivery. However, if you notice something is missing or damaged upon receiving, before a signature is given you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Flags Connections,Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Flags Connections, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, such as flags, Flag Cases and lapel pins, are non-refundable/non-returnable.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders are non-refundable/non-returnable. This includes custom items, embroidered, headers, fly end corners, engraving plates, flags that you paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe to, and any international or state flags over 5ft x 8ft. Larger flags are not a stock item, they are made to order. Flags Connections, Inc. will not be liable or held responsible for misspelled orders placed online by the customer. Please proofread and look over your order before sending it through.
STICK FLAGS: Military, Historical, State & International Stick flags are non-returnable/non-refundable. Stick Flags are not suitable for young children. We try our best to have all the stick flag staffs and tops look alike, however some substitutions may be made in the event we awaiting a shipment to arrive. We reserve the right to make these substitutions.
SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES: Non-refundable.
RE-STOCK FEE: none except for flag cases, were a $10 fee applies, and outdoor in ground flagpoles were a $15 fee applies. Commercial grade sectional poles have a 10% restock fee and Commercial 1 piece poles have a 15% Restock fee.
